At the Lyft Station, we offer a variety of features to help with strength sports. Check them out below!

Personal Training
Mike is our expert trainer in all things strength, holding a Master's in Exercise Science and Wellness: Fitness and Performance. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has competed in Powerlifting, Strongman and Bodybuilding.
Strength Sports
Our primary focus is on Athletic Fitness, Powerlifting, and Bodybuilding. We also provide equipment for WODs and post-WODs for those interested in CrossFit. **Please note that we are not a CrossFit and do not offer classes.**

Strength Training Equipment
Our gym is fully stocked with all the equipment necessary for building strength and muscle. Whether you prefer free weights or machines, we have everything you need.
